Backrooms Craft

The boundless expanse of crumbling hallways is staring you in the face in Backrooms Craft. Here, terror turns dread into creativity and indefatigable inquiry.

Step Into A Space That Wants To Devour You

You are in the Backrooms, with musty carpets, yellowed walls, and an unpleasant hum. To survive, you must manually mine blocks from walls, floors, and furniture to gather raw materials. Using these scavenged scraps, you craft tools, torches, and crude weapons to hold back the darkness. Building a shelter becomes your top priority, as only light and walls offer a fleeting sense of safety. The world expands across diverse zones, ranging from flooded pool rooms to the clamorous din of server corridors. Creatures lurk in the shadows, either watching silently or giving chase the moment you let your guard down. Managing your health, hunger levels, and flashlight battery becomes a vital, minute-by-minute routine.

Explore Bizarre Zones

The world of Backrooms Craft is far more than just monotonous yellow corridors; it encompasses a variety of distinct environments. You may enter a flooded pool area with pouring water or server hallways with a low-frequency hum. Abandoned offices and vast warehouses also appear unexpectedly. Haunting these areas are entities that are not entirely tangible. Some merely observe your movements from afar, while others begin to stalk you the moment they spot your light. You must move with extreme caution, as the sound of your footsteps can attract unwanted attention. Every shadowy corner could harbor something that wishes to remain unseen. The constant sensation of being watched makes every step feel heavy and tense.

The Best Way To Move

On PC, use the WASD keys to move, Space to jump, Shift to sprint, and C to crouch. E opens your inventory, J opens your important notes notebook, and Esc opens the settings menu. Hold the left mouse button to mine blocks, and the right mouse button to place blocks or use items. In the inventory, right-clicking allows you to quickly grab half a stack of materials. On mobile, a virtual control stick handles movement—pushing it further makes you sprint—alongside buttons for jumping and crouching. Hold your finger on a block to mine it, or tap to place a block or attack. The BAG button opens your inventory, while MENU accesses the settings.
