Vex Try To Fly

By reducing complexity to a single goal, Vex Try To Fly enthralls players. Soar into the air at maximum speed by launching your character into the air.

Aerial Adventure Ecosystem

You're not just a passive player but an aerospace engineer tasked with controlling a tailless bi-rocket. Each turn begins with an industrial cannon ready to turn Vex into a black dot hurtling across the screen. The character pierces through the clouds and heads straight towards the vast expanse of space beyond sight. What sets it apart is how the game handles physics when Vex lands. Overkinetic energy bounces with each collision, maintaining inertia and flying farther. You're walking on a harsh surface with rotating circular saw blades that might destroy your hopes if you fall. Explosive barrels may launch Vex abruptly, slippery ice requires careful sliding, and gigantic fans blow hot air to keep altitude. Depending on your actions, each component of this dynamic ecosystem might either help you or hinder you.

In-Flight Item System

What makes each playthrough fresh and exciting are the six special items scattered along the flight path. Jump Potion instantly restores energy, allowing Vex to perform more frenzied jumps when his stamina is low. As long as you press the control key, his jetpack transforms him into a free pilot, consuming fuel to maintain altitude. Kite unlocks unique glide abilities, allowing the character to glide and climb gracefully at the same time. Dynamite Crates aren't enemies but allies, as collisions with them create an explosion that propels Vex upwards. Portals act like wormholes in space, instantly transporting Vex across vast distances without any effort. Finally, the fans create a vertical airflow, pushing Vex back up just as it seemed to be plummeting.
